All-Equip Repair & Service/Platinum Trailers seeks an experienced supervisor for its welding team. You will coordinate workloads, schedule production runs, and assign custom projects. The position requires aluminum and steel welding expertise, blueprint interpretation, and strong shop organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily workloads and schedule production runs
- Assign custom projects and optimize shop efficiency
- Inspect welds against quality standards and specifications
- Guide aluminum and steel MIG/TIG welding techniques
- Enforce PPE use and workplace safety protocols
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of hands-on welding and fitting experience
- Two-plus years supervising fabrication shop personnel
- Exceptional aluminum and steel MIG welding proficiency
- Strong blueprint and sketch reading skills
- Clear communication and organized problem-solving abilities
