Lead branch operations and drive sales as a Branch Manager with goeasy. Shape customer experiences and manage team performance in a fast-growing financial services environment. goseasy is seeking an experienced leader to enhance our branch's performance. This position focuses on creating a vision, managing customer relationships, and ensuring financial products align with client needs. You will coordinate branch schedules, teams, and payroll while fostering a culture of customer empathy and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and communicate branch vision and portfolio goals
- Manage payroll and administrative tasks effectively
- Deliver superior customer service through various channels
- Understand customer needs to match them with financial products
- Monitor portfolio health to prevent account delinquency
- Leadership experience in a sales-focused environment
- Strong communicator and results-driven professional
- Training and managing a small team of staff
- Proficient with various software applications
- Legal eligibility to work full-time in Canada
