- Manage daily operations of the stockroom efficiently
- Oversee e-commerce fulfillment and shipping processes
- Communicate actively with staff and support offices
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
- Maintain store supplies for optimal operation
- 3+ years in stockroom or distribution center roles
- 2+ years of management experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and urgency
- Flexibility for early starts, late nights, and weekends
