Key Responsibilities
Oversee hiring, training, performance management, development, and departures Direct field labor and support personnel for repair delivery Conduct safety audits, meetings, training, and compliance enforcement Manage assignments, budgets, costs, resources, and profitability Maintain stakeholder relationships and resolve customer service issues
Requirements:
Minimum five years of operational or field management experience Elevator industry or related technical field experience preferred Experience leading diverse teams and developing capabilities Knowledge of elevator codes, including CSA B44 Valid driver's license and ability to travel around Ottawa Bring elevator operations, safety leadership, and people management expertise to TK Elevator's Ottawa service organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
