Lead warehouse operations for Ryder in Cornwall, Ontario, using RF scanners, forklift skills, and organized shift coordination across a weekend schedule.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will guide team members under the Logistics Supervisor while supporting effective customer requirements. The position includes loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. You will organize daily duties, promote safety, and support operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources and distribute daily warehouse work duties
- Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Guide team members toward improved key performance indicators
- Promote health and safety methods within the warehouse
- Complete reports and propose operational action plans
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge or experience with an RF scanner
- Valid certified forklift operator's license
- One year of previous warehouse experience preferred
- One year of team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
