Key Responsibilities
• Manage the delivery of maintenance services and projects
• Supervise on-site personnel and their schedules
• Implement preventive maintenance programs effectively
• Track inspection and maintenance activities in CMMS
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality management protocols
Requirements:
• Technical certificate in plumbing, carpentry, or similar
• Experience in project management for government clients
• Proficiency in Office 365 and CMMS
• Solid communication and analytical skills
