Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with goals
• Prepare annual budgets and manage financial reporting
• Facilitate internal and external financial discussions
• Mentor Finance and Accounting staff and enhance their skills
• Conduct financial audits and report compliance status
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• At least 7 years in senior finance leadership
• Proven budgeting and forecasting skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
