As an Associate on the Valuation team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality valuation services. Your tasks will involve crafting financial models, conducting detailed analyses, and preparing presentations for stakeholder engagement. Participate in business development activities alongside experienced professionals for a well-rounded career progression. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver financial valuation models and cash flow forecasts
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
- Research industry metrics to support valuations
- Summarize and present client deliverables with clarity
- Collaborate with the M&A team on cross-functional projects
- CPA or completion of CFE with a solid financial background
- Active pursuit of or interest in the CBV designation
- Strong Excel skills for model building and analysis
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
- Excellent communication to convey complex data effectively
