The Package Handler position at FedEx requires a reliable individual capable of handling physical tasks efficiently. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills. The role involves lifting significant weights, making physical capabilities crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight promptly and accurately
- Scan and organize packages within the facility
- Comply with Canadian Customs regulations
- Execute required training and performance assessments
- Lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver heavier packages
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Familiarity with FedEx Canada operations desired
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Bilingual (French and English) if located in Quebec
