As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will own end-to-end SuccessFactors Learning delivery and lead client engagements. You will translate learning strategies into scalable solutions, advise on governance, compliance, and integrations, and mentor junior consultants. The role requires strategic thinking alongside technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Define learning strategies with clients and design scalable LMS solutionsLead Learning configuration, deployment, and optimizationManage requirements, solution design, testing, and deploymentConduct workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentationsMentor junior consultants and contribute practice-development contentRequirements:
Six-plus years implementing SAP SuccessFactorsDeep expertise in Learning Management SystemsSAP SuccessFactors Learning certificationConsulting experience delivering complex client projectsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skillsBring SAP SuccessFactors Learning expertise, client leadership, and delivery discipline to EY’s HR Technology practice.
