Join the Silver Hotel Group as a detail-oriented Evening Food & Beverage Supervisor. This role involves overseeing service in the Skal Restaurant and during banquets, ensuring the team meets the highest guest service standards. Your leadership will inspire a committed team while enhancing operational efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and delegate tasks to restaurant team members
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel guests
- Conduct quality inspections and implement service standards
- Assist with banquets and event execution
- Maintain inventories and manage product requisitions
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Food and Beverage/Hospitality
- Experience with menu costing and cost controls
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
