Develop cash management expertise at IMCO in downtown Toronto, supporting liquidity reporting, daily cash positions, and collateral operations during the summer term.
This internship supports undergraduate, master’s students, and recent graduates from May to August 2027. Within Cash Management and Treasury, you will help manage liquidity, cash, and collateral operations while learning how Treasury decisions connect with investment decisions. The program includes mentoring, peer learning, experiential learning, and internal training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily liquidity reports for internal stakeholders
- Manage cash positions to maintain sufficient liquidity
- Monitor investment receipts and outgoing payments
- Process cash transfers promptly across operations
- Ensure trades settle within market timelines
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or master’s student or recent graduate
- Strong Excel/VBA, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Bloomberg
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Collaborative interpersonal skills across colleague levels
Support IMCO’s Toronto treasury operations through liquidity reporting, cash monitoring, settlement, and detailed financial analysis.
