Key Responsibilities
• Manage MEP staff for project compliance
• Support preconstruction activities and procurement model
• Provide constructability and value engineering reviews
• Lead risk management and planning capabilities
• Establish clear communication lines among stakeholders
Requirements:
• Construction or engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in mechanical and electrical construction
• Design-Build project experience
• Strong knowledge of current MEP systems
