Xerxes, a division of Mattr, is seeking a Molder Trainee for its second shift operation. This role requires attention to detail in applying materials and inspecting products for quality. You will be part of a team dedicated to innovation in fiberglass storage tank manufacturing, learning essential skills in production and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand or machine-apply material for component production
• Properly prepare mold surfaces for optimal results
• Follow specifications to trim parts accurately
• Conduct inspections for quality assurance
• Assist in various molding activities as needed

Requirements:

• Must possess a High School Diploma
• Experience in fiberglass manufacturing is a plus
• Good production and quality assurance skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities
