Lead the retail team at JD Sports in Oshawa Centre As a Store Manager, your passion for sporting apparel will drive sales and inspire your team to excel. JD Sports is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager for its Oshawa Centre location. With over 5 years of retail management experience, you will spearhead sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and foster a community-focused culture. You'll also train and develop staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values. Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and manage the sales team to exceed targets
- Enhance in-store strategies and adhere to company standards
- Build strong customer relationships and a community culture
- Oversee daily e-commerce sales processes in-store
- Manage inventory analysis and reduce store shrinkage
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Enthusiasm for fashion and sportswear
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Excel and IOS programs
