- Deliver personalized support to clients in their homes
- Maintain accurate and organized care documentation
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Assist with daily living activities and companionship
- Address client needs and manage any arising issues
- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Comfort working in both Niagara Falls and St. Catharine's
- Available for daytime hours and weekends
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to handle physical tasks as required
