As a Lead Technician, you will play a critical role in assembling technical equipment and ensuring its safe operation. This 6-month contract position requires collaboration with multiple departments to provide exceptional client service and technical support. Your leadership and technical skills will help deliver high-quality experiences to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and disassembly of audiovisual equipment
- Manage and lead teams during different project phases
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries about the project
- Enforce safety protocols and installation best practices
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams
Requirements:
- AEC or DEC in a relevant audiovisual discipline
- Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in technical roles
- Strong knowledge of technical equipment operations
- Valid forklift and aerial lift permits (assets)
- Demonstrated customer service and leadership capabilities
