Reporting directly to the Store Manager, as a Team Lead you'll enhance the shopping journey for customers at Dynamite. Your role involves managing inventory, ensuring impressive visual merchandising, and fostering a loyal client base. With at least one year of team leadership experience in retail, you'll contribute to our store's vibrant atmosphere and success daily. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Optimize inventory management for efficient sales floor replenishment
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
- Manage daily operations, including eCom order fulfillment
- Cultivate meaningful customer relationships to drive loyalty
- 2 years of retail experience is preferred
- 1 year as a team lead in a retail environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Availability for a flexible schedule
- Passion for fashion with customer-oriented focus
