Become a valued team member at ECCO Supply in Saskatoon as a Counter Sales Associate. Deliver outstanding customer service, process sales inquiries, and support our HVAC product offerings. As a key face of ECCO Supply, you will interact with customers at the sales counter, by phone, and through email. Your role involves assisting customers with order processing, providing product education, and utilizing strong sales techniques to increase average order sizes. You’ll also ensure the sales area is organized and maintain an updated sales database. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the counter and on multiple channels
- Process orders, quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries
- Educate customers about product features and benefits
- Increase sales through cross-selling and promotional efforts
- Maintain organized sales data and counter area
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Previous order desk or sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills for order processing
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Willingness to attend training and development courses
