Your strong service background will help you handle customer inquiries effectively and ensure a seamless transaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and create a personal experience
- Build genuine connections with each customer
- Handle questions and concerns professionally
- Complete appointments accurately, documenting interactions
- Inspect vehicles and document their condition
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience required
- Clean driver's abstract for the last three years
- Background check required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Available for part-time weekday and weekend shifts
