Lead transformative financial initiatives as the Manager of Financial Analysis and Planning. Focus on utility sector support with a hybrid work arrangement and up to 15% travel. In this prominent role, you'll drive the financial planning and analysis for the Utility Products business unit, collaborating actively with various departments to facilitate impactful decision-making. Your team will deliver accurate forecasts and insightful analyses, creating a robust framework for financial performance. Additionally, you will assist in optimizing data strategies to improve financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide budget processes and performance efficiency
- Deliver insightful monthly financial reports
- Provide financial guidance to Sales initiatives
- Partner with IT on data system optimizations
- Foster collaboration across departments for alignment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of experience in finance roles
- Strong business partnering experience
- Knowledge of financial tools and data analytics
- Team leadership experience required
