Key Responsibilities
Build, hire, and grow data and infrastructure engineering talent Set the Data Foundation roadmap from company strategy Own ingestion, orchestration, modeling, and analytics serving Define governed access for people, accounts, and agents Lead reliability, incidents, postmortems, and operational standards
Requirements:
10+ years across data engineering, infrastructure, or analytics platforms Strong management record leading data platform teams Production experience with BigQuery, Airflow, and Terraform Depth in data modeling, testing, contracts, and semantic layers Experience with governance, IAM, audit, and compliance workflows Bring technical leadership, data platform depth, governance expertise, and AI curiosity to Cohere’s foundational infrastructure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
