Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in procurement and supply chain management? We are seeking a Director of Procurement and Supply Chain to join a rapidly growing organization in the construction and manufacturing sector. As the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain operations. You will lead a dedicated procurement team and ensure the efficient sourcing of materials and goods both locally and internationally. Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Oversee inventory control processes, applying best practices and data-driven methodologies to optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement plans with project timelines.
Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability of supply.
Proven leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Experience in international and local sourcing of goods and materials.
Deep understanding of inventory control as a discipline , including systems and analytics.
Knowledge of building materials and related supply chains.
Play a key role in shaping procurement and supply chain strategy.
