Discovery is offering a range of summer student positions for motivated individuals who want to learn from industry professionals, develop new skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic work environment. Available Positions: We are hiring students for various departments, including: Mining Engineering Geology / Geotechnical Environmental Science Metallurgy / Mineral Processing Trades: Maintenance / Mechanical / Electrical Health & Safety Human Resources / Administration Supply Chain / Warehouse Finance / Accounting IT / Data Management Operations What You’ll Do: Work alongside experienced professionals on active mine sites or office projects Participate in fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and reporting Support ongoing projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Gain exposure to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence practices in mining Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a recognized college or university program. Proof of Fall term enrollment will be required Returning to full‑time studies after the summer work term (September 2026) Valid "G" driver’s license may be required for some roles Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills Commitment to safety and a positive attitude toward learning Why Join Discovery?
