This role focuses on improving quality, productivity, safety, and cost efficiency through equipment upgrades, tooling design, Lean initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Roles & Responsibilities Lead capital projects from concept through implementation, including equipment selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning Manage capital budgets, project schedules, and performance targets Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost Design tooling, fixtures, and layouts to enhance manufacturability, ergonomics, and material flow Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to reduce downtime and waste Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement efforts Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions Support design reviews and recommend improvements for reliability, assembly, and performance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering Proven experience leading capital equipment projects and process improvements Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
