Requisition and print direct bill refunds and auto driver voucher payments. Respond to inquiries from brokers and insureds regarding accounts. Monitor broker past‑due accounts. Handle clerical work in the Accounting Department, including transferring data to the general ledger, printing notices for accounts receivable, and creating manual journal entries based on pre‑established criteria or direction from more senior staff. Train other clerical staff. File documents as required. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Education: Completion of Grade 12 education and one company‑approved accounting class. Experience: One year’s experience in the insurance industry or the accounting field. Detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines despite interruptions. Friendly and capable of maintaining effective working relationships and encouraging company culture.
