The role demands flexible availability, with a training schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist eCommerce customers with inquiries and orders
• Support the Triangle Rewards program for users
• Handle customer communications over phone and email
• Review eCommerce orders for accuracy

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for relationship building
• Flexibility in availability for evening and weekend shifts
