Montreal, Canada Noramtec Consultants Inc. Full time

This position will require the ability to obtain "reliability" level security clearance, which is only possible if one has resided in Canada for the last 5 years.

Work arrangement is hybrid, 2-3 days/week working at a federal government office in downtown Montreal.

The Project Manager will ensure the successful implementation of the Digital Office roadmap and key business initiatives and guarantee that the information and technology are used optimally and aligned with FinDev Canada's business objectives and mandate.

Key Digital initiatives the PM service provider will be involved in :
- Data Governance addressing the need to define data policies
- ECM strategy to implement a Data segmentation, classification, and retention program per best practices.
- Data Management Initiative to build the Enterprise Data Platform

Primary Responsibilities
• Supports program communication requirements by managing and distributing project material and following up on action items.
• Use of Azure DevOps tool, processes and templates for program schedule maintenance, program status, and documentation management.
• Tracks, updates, and reports; serves as a liaison to the Digital Office.
• Coordinates with and responds to queries from the Digital Office on matters relating to the Program schedule.
• Maintains collaborative relations with all members of the project team, including all stakeholders to support both the successful delivery of projects and operational objectives.
• Ensures program and project documentation is complete, signed off, filed, and in adherence with project management methodologies and audit requirements.

Specific Project/Platform Requirements
• Updates and maintains program and project data on the SharePoint project collaboration workspace.
• Good experience with Agile Methodology, DevOps

Skills
Top Skills Required:
• Excellent organizational skills with a developed and demonstrated ability to plan and manage priorities.
• Track record as a Project Manager on at least one medium to large sized project ($5M).
• Highly developed sense of motivation, independence, diplomacy, and initiative.
• Scrum master experience.

Other Skills Required:
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Assets:
• Knowledge and experience with Data Management, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Teams, and SharePoint
• Bilingualism (French/English)
