Job Details Durham District School Board acknowledges that many Indigenous Nations have longstanding relationships, both historic and modern, with the territories upon which our school board and schools are located. Durham Continuing Education is the Durham District School Board's program for its adult daytime program as well as many continuing education programs. While the core business of Continuing Education is funded by the Ministry of Education, partnerships with MLITSD, IRCC, MCI and MCSS support Continuing Education programming. DCE is actively seeking a Dual Credit Liaison Teacher. Job Summary This part-time position will act as the liaison between Durham College and DCE with regards to the College Delivered Dual Credits. The person serving in this position will go between the Oshawa DCE Campus and the Durham College Campus (Oshawa or Whitby) as determined by the Dual Credit location. This position is for 3 hours a day for 16 days between January 28, 2026 and March 27, 2026 with the majority of the days being Tuesdays and Thursdays. Major Duties Liaise with both the DDSB SHSM/SCWI Facilitator and Durham College staff about the College Delivered Dual Credit program at DCE ensuring the program logistics are setting the program up for success. Be present on the Durham College Campus when College Delivered Dual Credit classes are in session. Reports to the DCE Curriculum Lead - Credit programs and DCE Admin. Qualifications Member of OCT in Good Standing Guidance Qualifications Valid driver's license with access to a car is required for travel between the DCE Campus and the Durham College Campus. Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office applications skills.
