Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst, Agile Product Owner to lead strategic data modernization initiatives, serving as the key liaison between business and technical teams. What you’ll do in the role: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements for Corporate Services data warehouse. Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for the migration of IBM DB2 data warehouse assets to Snowflake. Support solution design, user acceptance testing, and validation to ensure business needs are met and reduce risk of rework. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the migration lifecycle. Act as Agile Product Owner for the existing IBM DB2 data warehouse, managing and prioritizing the product backlog. Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. What you’ll bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role supporting IBM DB2 database environments. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, SMEs, and change management leads. Experience with business intelligence tools, automation platforms, and AI/ML use cases is a plus. Location All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office. Language Knowledge of French and English is required.
