Our partners include Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video. We deliver dynamic campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels, measuring impact with detailed analytics. Job Summary As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage the careers of our creators, help them grow their audience, monetize content, negotiate deals, and develop content strategies using our in‑house software. Responsibilities Manage & Scale Creators – oversee influencer portfolios and secure brand deals. Talent Acquisition – scout and sign emerging and established creators. Foster Brand Relationships – build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies. Strategic Growth – collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and expand the talent roster. Work autonomously – thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work independently and remotely. Qualifications Familiar with TikTok and social media trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Driven to hustle and deliver results. Ability to win quick opportunistic wins and handle long cycles. Flexible with work hours. Autonomous and self‑motivated. Passion for—or ambition to—change how things are done. Bonus: experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.
