Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field Eight years of related civil engineering experience Four years of supervisory experience Understanding of project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination Strong communication and trust-building skills Support Olsson’s T&D capabilities through civil engineering leadership, technical understanding, coaching, and consistent project delivery.
