Conduite de due diligence financières et opérationnelles approfondies sur des sociétés cibles. Préparation de présentations, rapports et recommandations stratégiques à l’attention de la haute direction. Analyse de marché, suivi des tendances sectorielles et identification d’opportunités de croissance externe. Soutien à l’exécution des transactions et coordination de l’intégration post-acquisition avec les équipes internes.
