You will ensure for key initiatives that enhance governance, financial management, manpower planning, and strategic execution across multiple engineering domains. In this highly visible and cross‑functional role, you will ensure alignment between strategic priorities, operational goals, and executive decision‑making — helping to build a strong and sustainable Engineering organization. What are your contributions to the team? Governance Leadership: Manage effective corporate governance across multiple organizations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities, including management of the Master Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Financial Leadership for engineering budget planning and management, including annual planification and quarterly reforecast exercises. Manpower Strategy Leadership: Ensure for strategic manpower planning and ensure alignment with engineering and product development priorities. Leadership Alignment: Partner with the Corporate Engineering and Product Development leadership team to guide and influence alignment toward common strategic objectives. Executive Communication: Create clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations for executive‑level audiences. Strategic Workshop Leadership: Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate, refine, and implement corporate strategic plans. Data‑Driven Leadership: Ensure for the proper collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support evidence‑based decision‑making and strategy implementation. Innovation Leadership: Lead or support the development of innovative tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance data analysis and performance tracking. How to thrive in this role? You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. You have a Master’s degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset. You have 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and analyst role. You have experience in the business aircraft or aviation industry is preferred. You have strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills. You are assertive, results‑oriented, and demonstrate leadership and initiative. You have excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with a proactive mindset. You have strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Bi). You have proven experience engaging and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders (Engineering, Program Management, HR, Finance, etc.) in a large, matrixed organization. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to synthesize and present complex information to executive audiences. You have a high degree of discretion in handling confidential information.
