We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate who is passionate about sports and thrives in high-pressure environments. Our client is a rapidly scaling startup in the sports coaching software space, known for building intuitive, high-impact tools that help coaches and teams perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, supporting customers in real time, and being a reliable presence when it matters most. The Role You’ll be part of a Customer Success and Support team whose mission is simple: be available and solve problems for customers exactly when they need support, especially during live seasons and game days. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting customer onboarding and ensuring new teams are set up for success Managing customer renewals during the off-season Providing in-season and game-day support, including phone, email, and chat Being available for live support on Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturdays during football season Acting as a product expert to ensure customers can operate the platform smoothly during high-stakes moments You’ll work closely with coaches and team staff to ensure they are fully prepared and confident using the software during games. Eligibility to travel within Canada and the United States is required for this role.
