The Work As part of a dynamic commercial team, the Commercial Mortgage Underwriter is responsible for underwriting conventional commercial mortgages. Analyze and underwrite commercial credit facilities and submit approvals. Communicate with internal contacts and external partners to process transactions timely. Review pipeline and manage deal flow to meet deadlines. Perform administration and reporting duties. Requirements Bilingualism is required. Minimum 2 years commercial mortgage or SFR underwriting experience. Post‑secondary education (diploma/degree) in business or finance preferred. Good working knowledge of MS Office. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Excellent oral and written communication. Access to a vehicle for site inspections. Benefits Competitive discretionary bonus.
