Lead Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations using enterprise planning, data integrity, and technical execution expertise. Manage migration delivery for 42,000 employees. This experienced Migration Lead oversees complex enterprise transformations from Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive to Gmail, Drive, and related Google Workspace services. You will guide technical teams, coordinate with project leadership, and support migration decisions across pilot and mass rollout phases. The work spans tooling, integrations, security, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Microsoft 365 data migration activities Select, configure, test, and optimize migration tools Lead pilot and mass migration waves Resolve technical issues, corruption, and connectivity problems Maintain migration records and technical progress updates Requirements:

Six-plus years in technical migration roles Hands-on Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration expertise Deep Microsoft 365 administration and architecture knowledge Google Workspace, GWMMO, GWME, and GCDS knowledge Experience leading technical migration teams Apply enterprise migration leadership, Microsoft 365 expertise, Google Workspace knowledge, and rigorous troubleshooting to this large-scale transformation.
