Strategic Advisor, Insurance Sector Join Alithya as a Strategic Advisor in the Insurance Sector. Report to the Vice‑President, Insurance Sector and act as an insurance market expert on client assignments. Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to insurance industry clients as an industry expert in strategic mandates such as conducting diagnostics, defining strategic directions, and providing support for digital transformation projects. Participate in the design of solutions tailored to business needs. In collaboration with the business development team, contribute to pre‑sales activities, including leading targeted workshops, organizing solution demonstrations and other contributions to client meetings. Participate in drafting and reviewing requests for proposals in collaboration with business development and delivery teams. Collaborate in the development of marketing strategies. In collaboration with senior delivery management, support teams in developing delivery strategies by leveraging your expertise and industry experience to help define needs, model processes, and design delivered solutions. Support the senior delivery manager in maintaining consistency between approved business directions and project deliverables. Key to Your Success Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or other relevant fields. Minimum 15 years of experience in the insurance sector. Experience in strategic consulting with major clients. Proven expertise in insurance business processes (life, property and casualty, group, etc.). Excellent understanding of industry issues and market trends. Strong communication, workshop facilitation and writing skills. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (sales, delivery, marketing). Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Extra Edge Master of Business Administration (MBA). Language Skills French: Proficient. English: Proficient.
