Building maintenance and repair skills support Touchmark’s community and grounds as a Building Services Technician serving residents, families, and visitors.
This hospitality-focused technician assists the building services team with repairs, renovation work, parts runs, and routine maintenance. The work also involves promoting environmental safety and maintaining patient, tactful composure when assisting residents, family members, team members, and visitors. Touchmark seeks someone trustworthy and compassionate who can work inside and outside year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the community and grounds
- Perform repairs and renovation work
- Complete parts runs and preventative maintenance
- Promote environmental safety for yourself and others
- Assist residents and visitors with patient composure
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year in a similar environment
- Knowledge of maintenance processes
- Communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
