Key Responsibilities Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for the team. Establish and uphold standards and best practices for reporting and data quality. Collaborate directly with senior leadership to identify requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organization. Provide consistency and structure to ensure reliable leadership reporting. Analyze complex datasets, develop impactful Power BI dashboards, design automated workflows, and create secure, scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Apply advanced technical skills in Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and the Power Platform to transform raw data into valuable insights, while ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop dashboards for business operations using tools such as Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver data‑driven recommendations. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Miro. SharePoint Development Design, develop, and maintain secure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows with proper permissions and access controls. Customize SharePoint solutions to improve collaboration and document management. Integrate SharePoint with Power Platforms. Power Platform Solutions Create and optimize workflows using Power Automate, ensuring alignment with security best practices. Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Automate solutions, focusing on data integrity and confidentiality. Process Automation & Optimization Identify manual processes ripe for automation using Power Automate and SharePoint. Implement end‑to‑end automation solutions that comply with organizational security policies. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on SharePoint development experience (site customization, workflows, permissions). Proficiency in Power Automate (cloud flows, connectors). Strong ETL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with design tools (Figma, Miro). Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Compensation The base salary for this position is between $76,400.00 and $141,400.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components such as annual bonus or commission.
