Deliver forklift, warehouse systems, and safety training in Etobicoke, ON, supporting employees across overnight warehouse operations. This three-month contract may extend.
STRIVE is seeking a Training Specialist for a third-party logistics company’s warehouse team. You will train new hires and current employees on onboarding, equipment operation, WMS, safety, quality procedures, and operational protocols. Training supports safe, effective performance across warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing operational safety training
- Provide forklift, equipment, WMS, and quality instruction
- Maintain schedules, refresher sessions, records, and documentation
- Audit performance against safety, quality, and inventory standards
- Assist with picking, loading, and unloading when needed
Requirements:
- Certified MHE Trainer with Train the Trainer certificate
- Five or more years operating varied MHE equipment
- Warehouse or industrial training experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft Office and WMS proficiency required
