Job DescriptionThe Operations Integration department is responsible for implementing merger and acquisition projects for our two divisions (NAPA and TW) across Canada. As a Project Manager specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operationalization and stabilization of acquired companies within our organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to manage and execute integration plans, align operations, and achieve synergy between the acquired entity and our organization.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with regional teams to develop and execute integration plans that comply with the company’s objectives and standards.Manage integration projects by overseeing teams, budgets, timelines, and risk management.Work closely with finance, operations, procurement, and human resources departments to ensure a smooth integration.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.Support new partners in adopting processes and systems, and stabilize operations.Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management on the progress and outcomes of integrations.RequirementsHold a degree in business administration, operations management, or logistics.Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or operations.Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
