Role Overview The IT SAP Functional Consultant Level 3 provides SAP implementation services and acts as a lead or specialized consultant on SAP projects to support business operations in achieving organizational objectives. Advantages Lead full-cycle SAP implementations, showcasing expertise in Canadian Payroll systems and SAP ECC. Drive business operations by integrating SAP solutions with other enterprise applications. Gain hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Payroll Control Centre, and SAP utility industry solutions. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver project outcomes and foster professional growth. Engage with cutting-edge SAP technologies like HANA and S/4HANA. Responsibilities Lead SAP implementation from project initiation to go-live, adhering to methodology, standards, and policies. Manage project deliverables ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness within budget. Implement SAP solutions and integrations to meet business and technology requirements. Conduct business requirements analysis, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration. Document solutions, including functional and technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders. Provide guidance, advice, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Preferred Skills Minimum 7 years of SAP implementation and support experience, including integration with other enterprise applications. Minimum 5 years of Program/Project Management or solution architecture experience. SAP relevant certification or a bachelor’s degree in related fields. Expertise in SAP end-to-end implementation, configuration, and design of reports, interfaces, and workflows. Strong understanding of IT services methodology and business process design. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Desired Skills Knowledge of SAP utility industry and SAP cloud solutions.
