Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person. Perform office administration tasks and maintain accurate records. Use data tools for reporting and analytics. Ensure French‑speaking coverage for client needs. Maintain professionalism and accountability in all interactions. Who You Are Bilingual in Canadian French and English (highly preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized with office administration experience. Comfortable with data and reporting. Professional, adaptable, and detail‑oriented.
