Then this position is for youJob DescriptionAs part of this role, you will be involved in developing business application solutions and inter-system integrations. This position includes gathering requirements, evaluating possible options, designing the solution architecture, guiding delivery teams to ensure cohesion and quality, and transitioning solutions to business sectors and operations. As a member of the IT team, the architect will work closely with business sectors, business partners, technology vendors, and other stakeholders.Responsibilities :Develop technical architectures for integrating various systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and other digital services, ensuring optimal interoperability.Update the company’s technology architecture to ensure long-term interoperability and sustainability.Translate the company’s strategic objectives into tailored technological solutions.Collaborate with business sectors to understand their needs and convert them into technical solutions.Supervise, in collaboration with the project manager, the implementation of integration projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverable quality are met.Identify opportunities for improving existing systems and propose innovative solutions.Monitor systems to optimize performance.Identify risks and vulnerabilities during solution design.Apply best security practices in implementing technical solutions, working alongside the security architect and vendors.Stay up to date on technological advancements and best integration practices.Advise on technology choices (frameworks, tools, infrastructures) and integrate emerging trends.Contribute to developing management and integration principles related to application security.Validate the consistency of solutions proposed by vendors in relation to the project’s architecture.Participate in updating architectural deliverables (documentation, diagrams, data flows, and integration points).Requirements :A university degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.At least 10-15 years of experience in the information technology sector.At least 8 years of experience as a solutions architect in inter-system integration contexts (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI, etc.).Strong knowledge of the Microsoft platform (Azure, O365, etc.).Familiarity with application development technologies.Good understanding of cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.Ability to apply pragmatic governance to projects.Strong analytical and documentation skills in architectural deliverables.ASSETSTOGAF or equivalent certification.YOU AREAn excellent communicator in French, both spoken and written.Proficient in English to interact with business units in Canada and the United States.Skilled in analysis, critical thinking, and effective communication.Highly organized, responsible, and methodical.A strong decision-maker and problem solver.Able to work collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.Diplomatic, flexible, and resilient in fast-paced environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
