The Job
You will play a pivotal role in executing category strategies across various product segments, ensuring seamless procurement processes and driving supplier performance.

Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing vendors to initiating payments
Implement and maintain corporate supply agreements, focusing on cost reduction and performance improvement
Cultivate strong supplier relationships and facilitate strategic alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agreements and achieve departmental targets
Conduct regular reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to optimize savings and rebates
Act as a liaison between operational clients and key suppliers, resolving complex issues effectively

What you bring to the job
You are someone with proven negotiation and contract management skills. You have exceptional communication and documentation abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP Systems. You also come with:

4-10 years of direct buying experience
Experience managing high-spend categories, with redistribution experience being advantageous
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Superior organizational and planning abilities
Self-motivation and autonomy in task management
Professional conduct and client-facing demeanor
