role and responsabilities :

  • Prepare schedules, workforce plans, and other planning documents necessary for the completion of a project, based on the workload requested by the client (Scope of Work).
  • Plan human resources, technical documentation, hangar space, tools, equipment, and parts to ensure the successful completion of a project.
  • Provide technical documentation and present production plans to the operational team, updating computer systems (ERP) as necessary.
  • Update plans and schedules according to project progress and analyze variances when necessary. Present progress to management and the client. Propose catch-up plans and adjust the overall plan if necessary.
  • Directly participate in the continuous improvement process through knowledge and technical experience.
  • Participate in the drafting and validation of estimates and proposals for upcoming projects.
  • Make recommendations and take necessary actions to meet the deadlines of ongoing deliverables.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

requirements :

  • Have good prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Be motivated to work in person while valuing teamwork.
  • Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Be able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Have knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficient in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
