Lead Data Scientist – Wealth Management Technology We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join the Wealth Management Technology (WMT) Data Service team. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will lead the development and implementation of data science and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve performance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, design data‑driven solutions, and measure impact. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership for WM Data applications. Partner with architects to create technology roadmap. Lead development and implementation of data science and machine learning solutions to drive growth. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and design experiments to test hypotheses. Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms to drive business outcomes. Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning. Qualifications Must Have 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering. Experience with data science tools and technologies such as Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Excellent business communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa. Experience with cloud‑based data platforms such as AWS or Azure. Nice‑to‑have Knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM & audit requirements. Agile experience. Prior experience with financial institutions and the banking sector.
