The Opportunity The sales associate reports to the Store Manager and guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the Store, per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Your Daily Adventures You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards. You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment. You will protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor. You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales. You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
