Position Summary The ABS Investor Reporting Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the monthly investor reporting cycle for all Asset‑Backed Securities (ABS) transactions. The role oversees a team of reporting analysts responsible for preparing accurate collateral and service reports, implements robust reporting and data integrity processes, and collaborates with stakeholders across functions and with the ABS Methods and Executions Team in Stuttgart. Responsibilities Manage the monthly investor reporting cycle, supporting a team of reporting analysts to produce collateral and service reports for all ABS transactions and ensuring timely distribution to the SEC and trustees. Maintain compliance of ABS systems with regulations and transaction requirements; coordinate with stakeholders such as ITM, ODS, Local Landscape Application teams, and the ABS Methods and Executions Team in Stuttgart. Lead, supervise reporting analysts, and coordinate with external auditors to complete agreed‑upon procedures, including initial filing of SEC‑required Asset Level Data and deal termination documentation. Lead the annual Reg AB audit, planning discussions with external auditors, coordinating kick‑off meetings, ensuring timely completion of the audit, and reporting findings internally. Input, review, and fix interest rates and spreads in internal treasury systems; maintain ABS system configurations; coordinate with external vendors for vehicle residual values used in Lease securitizations; manage SEC account balances. Gather and prioritize business requirements, oversee system developments and enhancements, design, test, and validate changes to the ABS Suite system and monitor system performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury. Experience in ABS, funding, or related field required. CPA or alternative financial designation preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting issues specific to the Financial Services industry. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
